We live in a wonderful little cul-de-sac, which has started hosting a progressive dinner night every couple of months. Our first successful theme was a traditional 6-course French Dinner. I chose the dessert course as I "like me sweets" and I like a little bubbly. I made a chocolate Bavarois (a delicious chocolate mousse) and went to a local French bakery, La Gourmandise, Inc. for these wonderful pastries.
