Local Creators Help with 1st Birthday Party

For Our Daughter’s 1st Birthday Party, I started with an “Alice in Wonderland” type theme and put my own spin on it. Bottom Line, I wanted it to be a whimsical scene and fun for the little kids and big kids.  I could not have done this without the help of local creators and I have included them here.  Check out the Local Creators Tab to find their information!

Bow by Lori Levoy (Daytona Beach) Lori has a distinct eye for what you are wanting. She created this bow by combining different ideas I saw on-line. Bonus: the bow is detachable from the headband and can be worn separately.
This is my favorite bow!! This was used in our annual family pictures. With so many bright colors, it goes with many outfits!

The wreath that hung over the "Mad Hatter" Tea Party Table was created by 2ninedesign (Palm Coast). The colors were spot on for the theme and not a detail missed, down to the silver keys which were tied with beautiful ribbon around the wreath.

On the Food Table, I had an assortment of goodies for adults & kids, but these delicious & beautiful chocolate dipped strawberries, by Chocolates Galore (Ormond Beach), were gone in an instant.

One of the fun activities for the kids was face painting and we hired Face Painting by Morgan (Ormond Beach). She was so patient with the kids and did an amazing job!!

Spiderman was a big request with the boys

To add whimsy to the scene outside, I wanted bubbles coming down to the kids throughout the party. Now, we have purchased and have been given many bubble machines,  which we (the kids) manage to break shortly thereafter. So, I found Jumping Beans (Port Orange) and was able to rent a commercial bubble machine that we only had to fill once at the beginning of the party and place on top of the playhouse. Kids loved it and bubbles were flying down the street!
A Successful Party & A Very Happy Birthday Girl!!
